"Sent wrong disks. Not the disk I ordered. Disks they sent do not work. Sent 4 e-mails to customer service and none have been answered. Left 3 voice messages when I can get through and none have been returned. My only grace is that my mastercard company is going to charge back my money and unless cdrdvdrmedia doesn't issue a UPS call tag they won't be getting their disks back."
